At 560 kg, Mexican man weigh into record books 234 pound will be scheduled as the world's fattest man by the Guinness Book of minutes, while a loss of 200 kilos (440 pounds) may make him the man who lost the most weight.

Uribe was able to go away his home in Monterrey, northern Mexico in March on board a trailer to rejoice his weight loss.

Guinness has documented his substantial achievement with a glass plaque.
Uribe's photograph appears in the 2008 Guinness Book of account next to a description of the treatment he has had and offers of surgical procedure he has received.

Uribe whispered the editor of the book had assured to visit him next year, and held out the option of materialize in the 2009 version as the man who had lost the most weight.
